Medicinal ingredients
1 tablet contains:
Hypericum perforatum (St. John’s wort) extract…60 mg (4.6-6.5:1 equivalent to 276-390 mg dried herb top)
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract...32 mg (6.25-7.1:1 equivalent to 200-227 mg dried herb top)
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract...28 mg (3.8-5.6:1 equivalent to 106-157 mg dried root)
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Sugars (lactose monohydrate, liquid glucose, maltodextrin), talc, Eudragit-E, silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, indigo carmine (E132), povidone K30, macrogol 6000, glycerol.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: Take 2 tablets 2-3 times a day.
Children 6-12 years: Take 1 tablet 1-3 times a day.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age. Use for at least 2-4 weeks to see beneficial effects. Ask a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks.
Neurapas® Balance
Film Tablets. Active ingredients: Dry extract of St. John’s wort , dry extract of valerian root, dry extract of passion flower herb. Indications: helps to promote a healthy balanced mood.
Do not use if you are taking antidepressants, anxiolytics, anti-cancer, cardiovascular, contraceptive medications, blood thinners, anti-HIV agents and/or medications to suppress the immune system.
Ask a health care practitioner before use if
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- you are taking seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates
- you have a psychological disorder such as anxiety or depression.
When using this product
- avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy
- avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness
- exercise caution if you drive or use machinery as you may experience drowsiness
- you may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, restlessness, and/or headaches.
Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if you experience muscle rigidity or contractions, tremors, agitation/confusion, increased heart rate, or hypersensitivity/allergy.
Ask a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Other information: Store under normal storage conditions. Keep out of reach of children.

All the benefits of synthetic anti-depressants, without the side effects
The big pharma anti-depressants I was prescribed for anxiety came with unpleasant side effects such as nausea and lethargy. Neuropas works as well (if not better) for me in terms of anxiety management, with no unpleasant physical or mental side effects.
